Our fees are based on 3 distinct models

• Short-term based on daily fees
• Medium-term fee - typically a percentage of the revenue/margin generated/costs saved, or an agreed lump sum.
• Long-term - risk/reward - no initial fee, but equity transfer or lump sum payment in return for achievement of certain jointly agreed goals - typically revenue/margin/cost related.
